David
David grew up in northern California and very young developed a love for music and a calling to the gospel ministry. This led to the study of music at California State University at Chico, and later theology at Pacific Union College where he graduated in 1989. He pastored in the Northern California Conference and then the Nevada Utah Conference where he was ordained as a gospel minister in 1998. During this time, his study led him to take another look at God's call to live like Enoch. He and his family moved to the country in the spring of 2001 and started Back to Enoch Ministries in 2003. His burden for getting back to God's original plan for His people has led to speaking engagements across the U.S. and abroad. A special focus of his ministry has been sharing the country living message which resulted in numerous "Out of the Cities" rallies in large metropolitan areas. The desire of his heart is that people truly come to find God where He has called them to be - "in the country". LauraLaura also grew up in Northern California. She attended Weimar College, Pacific Union College, and graduated from Loma Linda University with a degree in Physical Therapy. She worked in therapy until moving to Washington when she began developing health and education materials and programs. Together, David and Laura have conducted "Better Living" seminars focusing on God's laws of health, natural remedies including hydrotherapy and herbs, and vegan cuisine. The garden and orchard have kept Laura busy along with homeschooling and assisting with ministry projects. She has a great love for the out-of-doors and enjoys with family and friends mountain biking, water skiing, backpacking and canoeing. AllisonAllison's life is a testimony to God's miraculous healing power after a terrible injury during birth. Through many prayers, skilful care, and Dr. Ben Carson's gifted hands, Allison is an energetic, healthy and wonderful eleven year old. She loves life, her friends and family, and horses. She especially enjoys being secretary, answering the phone and assisting with ministry work. We are so thankful to God for her life and the blessings He has brought out of such a tragic beginning.
